Productivity: Being a MAC user, my calendar and email are synced across my phone, tablet and computer. I take handwritten notes and save them by job for easy reference. I am a designer, so I can also brainstorm and do freehand drawings I transfer over to my computer for refinement later.

Sales: My CRM database is accessible through my tablet for easy referrence and updating. I have my PDF product and rate sheets saved for easy reference during sales calls, I can email them on the spot should someone request it. Being a designer my portfolio is loaded and always on hand, I have different portfolio files for the different markets I serve and products I carry. If needed I can use my adaptor to project them for presentations.

Networking and Social: During any given day I can easily read and share articles across my social accounts, during networking I can add people I meet to LinkedIn or my contact lists.

My iPad does not replace my computer, I still do all my design work on my computer. What the tablet offers me is a go between when I don’t need to haul it all with me. It’s a terrific productivity tool.
